DeliveryYour Place Match Report is delivered within 15 business days, approximately three weeks, after your discovery consultation.
When research beginsResearch begins after your completed questionnaire has been reviewed and your discovery consultation is complete. At that point, the Place Match fee becomes nonrefundable.

The Place Match fee pays for the research, analysis and recommendation. It is not a deposit. Your signed client agreement controls the engagement terms.

Third-party costs are separate.
Travel, lodging, dining, activities, real estate services and other third-party purchases are not included in Apropos fees. You approve each selection and contract with and pay every provider directly.
Stage two may be purchased when you are ready. If more than six months have passed since your Place Match consultation, a destination research refresh may be required before the lived experience is developed. Any refresh will be scoped and priced before work begins.
