What it identifies
The selected service, deliverables, fee, project timing, refund terms, client responsibilities, third-party costs, confidentiality, intellectual property, changes and cancellation terms.
Place Match timing
The $2,500 Place Match is paid in full before the discovery consultation. Research begins after the completed questionnaire has been reviewed and the discovery consultation is complete. At that point, the fee becomes nonrefundable. The report is delivered within 15 business days, approximately three weeks, after the discovery consultation, subject to the signed agreement.
